Abstract

Has conducted research diode characteristics equivalent circuit of the organic blend P3OT: PCBM.  In this study, the blend of P3OT:PCBM was sandwiched between a transparent indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode and an Al backside contact. The current-voltage characteristic of the diode was measured under the dark and illumination. In order to determine the electrical parameters of the diode, we employed an equivalent circuit model developed originally for inorganic diode. As a result, the series resistance decreases while the reverse saturation current density increases by decreasing the thickness of P3OT:PCBM layer. This result may be useful for improving the performance of developing organic diode.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor perpindahan atau jarak terhadap kinematika gerak lurus. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang terperinci, terstruktur, jelas dan teranalisis. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan praktikum menggunakan alat kereta dinamika dan kereta dinamika motor serta alat pendukung lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini, ada beberapa ketentuan jarak atau perpindahan yang akan digunakan, untuk menganalisis secara langsung bagaimana perubahan faktor yang lainnya terhadap kinematika gerak lurus ketika faktor perpindahan berubah-ubah. Dalam penelitian ini juga, menganalisis serta mengidentifikasi perubahan grafik hubungan terhadap waktu pada GLB dan GLBB.

Abstract

Communication in science is multimodal (verbal and visual). Representation skills are one of the communication skills in science. A physics teacher is required to have representation skills so that the students more easily to acsess the concept that they have to lean and the teacher  communicate physics concepts more easily to his students. This study examines the representation skills of preservice physics teacher. Three aspects of representation skills, that examined are: 1) the skill of making a single mode representation, 2) the skills of translation between representation modes and 3) multi-representation skills. The instrument used to measure representation skills has been validated and used to measure representation skills of preservice physics teacher in Listrik-Magnet courses. The results showed that the preservive physics student have difficulty in making all of the aspect of representation. It is occured because there has never been learning related to representation or assessment skills that specifically test their representation skills

Abstract

Penelitian Desain Didaktis bertujuan menyusun desain pembelajaran berdasarkan hambatan belajar yang muncul pada peserta didik. Desain yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain pembelajaran pada materi Hukum Archimedes. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X-IPA2, X-IPA5, dan X-IPA6. Sample ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Prosedur dalam penelitian desain didaktis ini adalah diawali dengan melakukan Tes Kemampuan Responden (TKR) awal untuk mengetahui hambatan apa saja yang muncul pada materi Hukum Archimedes. Setelah diketahui hambatan-hambatan yang dialami oleh peserta didik, langkah selanjutnya adalah menyusun desain didaktis dengan mengacu pada hambatan belajar yang muncul pada TKR awal. Implementasi desain dilakukan secara paralel pada kelas X-IPA. Desain didaktis yang diimplementasikan selalu mengalami revisi pada setiap pertemuannya dengan tujuan agar hambatan yang muncul dapat diminimalisasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa desain didaktis yang disusun dapat meminimalisasi hambatan belajar yang muncul pada peserta didik. Meskipun belum secara utuh dan dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu rekomendasi desain pembelajaran pada materi Hukum Archimedes.

Abstract

Technology in education is a primary need for every individual. The learning process in school was not spared from technology. So that teachers and learners need to understand and proficient in using technology, both during the learning process and in everyday life. So far, literacy skills in Indonesia is still very low. This is indicated by PISA data, in 2009 Indonesian students are ranked 57th with a score of 295 (The average score on OECD is 402), while in 2012 Indonesian students are ranked 64th with a score of 396 (The average score on OECD is 496). The Ministry of Education and Culture developed Gerakan Literasi Sekolah to support the need for the above problems. Based on these problems, this study aims to determine the extent of students' technological literacy profiles in the city of Bandung. The method used is giving questionnaires to students. With this research is expected to increase the ability of technology literacy in learning to support the needs of science in the future
